Payment Policy
At Vishnu Auto Connect, we aim to provide a secure and seamless payment experience for all your purchases.

Wallets (subject to availability)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected orders/locations.
2. Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We do not store your card or banking details.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Invoice
A digital invoice will be shared via email upon successful payment.
GST details will be included if applicable.
5. Payment Disputes
For any unauthorized or failed transactions, please contact our support team immediately.
Disputes will be resolved in coordination with the payment gateway provider and bank.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
